The sale and payment are between you and the seller. TopMD staff never ask you to pay a personal account.

About resellers
Who are the resellers?
Independent businesses authorized by TopMD to sell subscription codes. They are not TopMD employees or agents. “Verified” means TopMD checked them as an authorized seller, on the date shown.
Who handles refunds?
The sale and the payment are between you and the reseller, so refunds go to the reseller. If a code from a listed reseller does not work, contact us with the seller's ID and we will help.
Can I still buy directly from TopMD?
Yes. Send us a message and choose “Subscription codes”.
What does the reseller see about me?
Nothing. A reseller sees only whether each of their codes was used, never who used it. After you redeem, the app shows which reseller sold the code, so you know it was genuine.
Someone says they sell TopMD codes but is not listed.
Do not pay them. Codes from unlisted sellers are not supported and may be revoked. Please report the seller with the form below.
