Who can send a request?
Anyone. Members can also use Request a database in the app to follow their requests.
Will every request be added?
Not always: we add sources we can get the rights to and that fit an exam track. We'll tell you either way.

Yes. We count everyone who asks for the same source; popular requests come first.
