How do I upgrade?
Sign in, open Account → Extend subscription and enter your subscription code. Premium starts immediately.
What happens when Premium ends?
Your account returns to the free plan. Your answers, notes, flashcards and bookmarks stay — and Premium sources open again as soon as you add a new code.
Can I add a code before my plan ends?
Yes. The code's length is added on top of the days you have left.
How does the free trial work?
Every account can open 40 questions from all Premium banks, with no time limit. A question counts once, the first time it opens. Free sources stay open afterwards.
Can I pause my plan?
Plans of 3, 6 or 12 months can be frozen once, for 7 to 30 days, from the dashboard (not in the plan's last 7 days). Your end date moves by the days you freeze; end early and only the used days count.
